Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders above INR 2000. Product prices are inclusive of shipping and taxes.
- For orders below INR 2000, a flat shipping fee of INR 100 is applicable.
Delivery Time
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 7-10 working days to deliver your order. In case of customized orders this may be longer if sourcing of material is needed. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you and keep you updated about the status of your order.
In case you need your order by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance and we will try our best to fulfill your order by the desired date.
International Shipping

Cancellation Policy
Nista does not entertain cancellations once an order has been placed.
